Roman is an incredibly calm, sensitive and imaginative teacher. I particularly enjoyed the structure and build-up of his sessions. His teaching reflects a deep knowledge and understanding of actor training and creative work, and he leaves plenty of space to be flexible responsive to his students. Importantly, he also brings humour and joy to the work, creating a space for exploration and learning that comes from curiosity, not from fear.

Roman Hargas' teaching of the Chekhov method was very insightful and equipped me with lots of different ways to improve my character work in acting. His calm energy made me feel safe and free to explore the power of my imagination without feeling judged for it. The atmosphere in the room was always fun, but serious enough, so we could actually learn something. I would definitely take another class of his in the future.

With different exercises and a lot of amazing imagination work he introduced me to the world of Chekhov. With his calm and friendly energy he created a safe space in which I felt comfortable to explore. I would love to work with him again.
